Delivery was super fast after I placed my order. I was updated throughout the whole process, from the order to when it arrived. The delivery team was fantastic, putting the boxes exactly where I needed them. Really efficient! Overall, great service and the furniture is solid and lovely.

I’m still in limbo! I ordered a table back in June, expecting it to arrive within 4-6 weeks as promised on their site, but it finally showed up nearly four months later. The kicker? They forgot to send the bolts needed to attach the tabletop to the legs. That was three weeks ago! I’ve been reaching out to them non-stop, even the manager who told me on Friday that I’d hear back on Monday about the bolts. Well, it’s Monday and I’m still waiting. Seriously, how long does it take to send some bolts? Their customer service is a letdown, and I’m still waiting for a simple response and those bolts to be sorted out.

We got ourselves the Chelwood extending dining table, and we couldn't be happier with it. The item showed up right on time and was packed nicely for shipping. They kept us in the loop about the delivery, which was awesome. The table looks exactly like the photos. Stunning quality. I wouldn't think twice about shopping with Modish again. 10 out of 10!

Steer clear! After waiting for months to get a table and bench that cost me over £900, both pieces showed up damaged. I talked to someone from customer service, and they set up a replacement, but that took another month to get here. When the table finally arrived again, it was damaged once more, with noticeable scratches on the surface that clearly came from poor handling. They’re trying to pass this off as intentional aging on the wood, and the company is being super reluctant to give me a refund unless I fork out for the table to be picked up. I've just ended up wasting so much time and money! This company is truly appalling. Don’t throw your cash away!

I really can't give this company enough credit! The table and bench arrived right on schedule. Communication was top-notch all the way through. I had a question about the item I received (maybe I was being a bit too picky), but it was handled right away, and professionally, which left me feeling super happy and satisfied. I placed my order on January 6th expecting a lead time of 14-16 weeks. Now, I've been informed that it’s probably going to take around 27 weeks instead. The customer service folks have been nice, but they can’t promise delivery even at that extended timeframe! It’s not a cheap item, so I’m really let down. It’s just a foot stool... who would’ve thought it’d take 7 months to get a foot stool made...
